Far south in South America, where the Andes tumble into the sea, conditions are perfect for salmon farming. The farms are always close to shore in waters protected from the open seas. This farm is near Caleta La Arena, about 600 miles south of Santiago. Twenty years ago, the salmon industry did not exist in Chile. Now Chile is poised to surpass Norway and claim the title of "world's largest salmon producer." (Arash Ghadishah/ABC News)
