Gordon Setters: This relatively unknown English breed was established by the Duke of Gordon in the 1820's and bred mainly to hunt game birds like pheasant or woodcock. Gordon Setters are also known as Black and Tan Setters but despite the breed's renowned loyalty, many Englishmen aren't interested.
