Meet the Iron Chefs

The newest permanent resident on the "Iron Chef America" podium is Michael Symon. He was crowned with the title after winning the 2007 Food Network reality show, "The Next Iron Chef." Chef Symon hails from Cleveland, where he heads the critically acclaimed restaurants Lola and Lolita. His award-winning cooking is an amalgamation of Mediterranean and American flavors.
