Italian food enthusiasts cry "Molto Mario" for Seattle-born chef Mario Batali. The James Beard award-winning chef concocts Italian and Spanish dishes with flavorful "less is more" simplicity. He's known for wearing his trademark shorts and orange clogs while whipping up meals in the kitchen. On "Iron Chef America," Batali brings his culinary secret weapons, balsamic vinegar and vin cotto (cooked wine), to the table. He also runs numerous New York restaurants, including the award-winning Babbo Ristorante e Enoteca in New York City's Greenwich Village. (Courtesy Food Network)
