ABC News anchor Dan Harris interviews accused child witches Chanel, in red, and Isaac, in plaid, as well as their grandmother, who believes they are guilty.
Harris traveled to the region to see firsthand how a new breed of Christian pastors profit from telling impoverished parents that all of their economic problems are caused by the family's weakest members.
