On -- first degree murder charge by a Massachusetts grand jury. The football player found himself the center of a murder investigation after the brutal execution style killing of his friend told -- in June. It was shackled in court today and is feeding. Not guilty he's being held without bail in solitary confinement if Fernandez ultimately goes to prison it's possible he'll continue to serve his time in solitary.
