Meet the Students from the University of North Carolina

Lauren McGaha, the spring 2010 UNC bureau chief, is a junior at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In addition to reporting for ABC News on Campus, she has spent two years working with "Carolina Week," UNC's award-winning student television news broadcast. Currently, she contributes to the program as a director and reporter.

McGaha also has been a reporter for "Carolina Connection," UNC's award-winning student radio news broadcast. Her broadcast experience includes an internship with Newstalk 1110 WBT radio in Charlotte, N.C., where she assisted with news gathering, interviewing and production.

Adam Yosim is a senior at UNC majoring in electronic communications with a minor in modern Hebrew. In addition to being a reporter for ABC New on Campus, Yosim works with the Carolina News Link at the local ABC affiliate WTVD, and is involved with UNC's award-winning student television news program "Carolina Week."

Yosim's broadcast experience includes a summer 2008 internship at WTVD and a summer internship at News 14 Carolina. Outside of the newsroom, Yosim enjoys singing with Sababa, an acapella group at UNC, cooking, and performing closeup magic.
