Political Sex Scandals Redux

In 2003, then-Rep. Randy "Duke" Cunningham, R-Calif., was in the company of prostitutes in a luxury suite in a Hawaiian hotel, according to federal prosecutors. The services of the women, paid for by defense contractor Brent Wilkes, were considered bribes by the feds.
