Before Obama Speech in Cairo, Aide Cites 'Undeniable Breach' Between U.S. and Islamic World

When President Obama delivers his much anticipated speech in Cairo, Egypt on Thursday, he will be fulfilling a campaign promise to address a Muslim capital early in his administration.
