--MR. TRUMP, WE MEET AGAIN: Donald Trump -- the real estate mogul, reality television star and hair icon -- will announce today whether or not he will launch his first run for the White House at the iconic Trump Tower in New York City, ABC's JOHN SANTUCCI notes. In 2012, Trump launched a presidential exploratory committee and visited key battleground states but declined to pull the trigger. Last month, Trump told ABC's RICK KLEIN, "Politicians are all talk, no action. They do a terrible job; a tremendous disservice to the country. And I know them better than anybody, and I love them - I think they're great. It's easy to make money with politicians. But, the fact is that it's all talk and no action...and the country's going to hell."

--TRUMP HAS HIS OWN NEW HAMPSHIRE PARKING SPOT: ABC News recently visited Trump's New Hampshire headquarters where several parking spots have already been reserved for him, according to ABC's BRAD MIELKE. His campaign offices are located in a modest commercial building, home to a language translation service, a car donation program, and physical therapy clinics. Matt Ciepielowski, Trump's New Hampshire state director, told ABC News that "parking is tough to come by at our building during the week." He said the candidate has yet to use the spot himself, "but it will be ready when he visits!" That's expected to happen Wednesday, when he travels to Manchester to hold a post-announcement rally. http://abcn.ws/1GIIPuV

--ANALYSIS -- ABC's RICK KLEIN: He's not where he had hoped to be, but that's not to say he's nowhere. Jeb Bush's campaign launch might have felt like a relaunch, given his drop in the polls and staff shakeup. But taken on its face, the kickoff event was optimistic, full-hearted, and stuffed with more vision than Bush has managed to display in six months of his pre-candidate period. It had an upbeat, diverse, modern American feel that avoided just about any mention of the candidate's family name. (And it sure seems like, to the extent the launch was aimed at any specific rivals, Team Bush is spending a lot of time thinking about Marco Rubio these days.) The event was about as un-Bush as a Bush can hold, and the candidate gave one of his better speeches of the past half-year. "It's nobody's turn. It's everybody's test, and it's wide open -- exactly as a contest for president should be," Jeb Bush said. It was a good line that happens to be the truth.

FIVETHIRTYEIGHT IN THE NOTE: At FiveThirtyEight, we like to celebrate outliers, HARRY ENTEN notes. "LeBron James's Cleveland Cavaliers may end up losing in the NBA Finals, but James's performance has been outlandishly good. In the same vein, I want to congratulate Donald Trump, who reportedly will declare today that he is running for president. Trump is the anti-LeBron - popularity is performance in politics, and Trump is the first candidate in modern presidential primary history to begin the campaign with a majority of his own party disliking him. Trump's net favorability rating (favorable minus unfavorable), like his unfavorable rating, is by far the worst of the 106 presidential candidates since 1980 who are in our database." http://53eig.ht/1BfJzWf

TODAY ON THE TRAIL with ABC's CHRIS GOOD: Jeb Bush embarks on a post-announcement tour today visiting the Adams Memorial Opera House in Derry, NH at 11:30 am ET. Ben Carson holds a rally at the University of Nevada at Reno at 2 pm ET. Scott Walker is still in Canada leading a business-development mission. Jim Webb campaigns in Iowa today, with a breakfast speech and Q&A at Davis Brown Law Firm at 9 am ET, another at the Des Moines Committee on Foreign Relations at 12:30 pm ET, and an editorial-board meeting with the Des Moines Register at 2:45 pm ET.

THE BUZZ

HILLARY CLINTON: PRESIDENT OBAMA 'DOESN'T GET THE CREDIT HE DESERVES'. Over the weekend, Hillary Clinton distanced herself from President Obama on his ongoing efforts to negotiate a trade deal, ABC's LIZ KREUTZ reports. One day later, she threw him an olive branch. During a press conference with reporters yesterday, the Democratic presidential candidate praised Obama for improving the economy and said he "doesn't get the credit he deserves" for increasing job growth. "I think that the President has fought incredibly hard from the day he walked in the Oval Office," Clinton said from inside a barn in Concord, New Hampshire, where she was holding a rally. "800,000 jobs a month were being lost when he became president," she continued, "We now have job increase." http://abcn.ws/1JRe9IK

--HILLARY HEDGES ON TRADE: At the same New Hampshire event, Clinton was asked three different times, in three different ways, to explain her position on TPP and why she has yet to take a side. Clinton continued to say she will not take a stance until she sees the final deal, but, in so many words, admitted that she is not happy with where the deal stands now."I hope that it can be made better," she said. http://abcn.ws/1JRe9IK

JEB BUSH ANNOUNCES 2016 PRESIDENTIAL CAMPAIGN: 'I WILL RUN TO WIN'. Yesterday, former Florida Gov. "Jeb Bush put an end to months of speculation and announced his 2016 presidential campaign. "We are 17 months from the time for choosing," Bush told a cheering audience in Miami. "The stakes for America's future are about as great as they come. Our prosperity and our security are in the balance. So is opportunity, in this nation where every life matters and everyone has the right to rise." In attendance were members of his family, including wife, Columba, his mother, former first lady Barbara Bush, his children and their spouses, and all of his grandchildren. His brothers, Neil and Marvin Bush and their wives also were in attendance. The two former presidents in the Bush family -- George W. Bush and George H.W. Bush -- were not on hand for the event. "I will campaign as I would serve, going everywhere, speaking to everyone, keeping my word, facing the issues without flinching, and staying true to what I believe," Bush said. "I will take nothing and no one for granted. I will run with heart. I will run to win." http://abcn.ws/1BhN6TJ

--JEB JABS HILLARY: Bush's entrance marks the official battle of two political dynasties; the Clintons vs. the Bushes, the two candidates with the most name recognition and likely the most money. In his speech, he accused the Democrats planning a "no-suspense primary, for a no-change election." He also called out Hillary Clinton by name on the issue of religious liberty. "Secretary Clinton insists that when the progressive agenda encounters religious beliefs to the contrary those beliefs, quote, 'have to be changed,'" Bush said. "That's what she said, and I guess we should at least thank her for the warning." http://abcn.ws/1BhN6TJ

--WHAT SHE SAID: While campaigning in New Hampshire yesterday, Clinton declined to answer a question posed by a reporter about whether she had any advice for Bush, who has said his last name doesn't matter as he runs for president. Clinton laughed, but didn't bite. "I would say this, I'm going to let Republicans decide who their nominee ends up being," she said. http://abcn.ws/1BhN6TJ

IN CASE YOU MISSED IT

OBAMA PERSONALLY PAID FOR PRIVATE WHITE HOUSE PARTY WITH PRINCE, STEVIE WONDER. Yes it's 2015, but the White House partied like it's 1999 over the weekend. President Obama, First Lady Michelle Obama and their guests were treated to a concert by Prince and Stevie Wonder, according to tweets from attendees of a private soiree at the White House on Saturday night, ABC's ARLETTE SAENZ reports. The White House confirmed the president and first lady hosted a private party for friends and family that night, but declined to comment on the musical entertainment. White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest said the president and first lady personally paid for the party, which was not disclosed on the president's public schedule. "The president and the first lady reserve the right to hold private parties at the White House, and they did it on their own dime," Earnest told reporters yesterday. Several attendees, including Reverend Al Sharpton and Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson, tweeted about the event. http://abcn.ws/1MEwYwc
