World famous Columbian singer-songwriter Shakira, known for her multi-genre influenced music and her belly dancing, was at the White House Monday, Feb. 22, 2010. Shakira met with members of the National Security Council and the Domestic Policy Council to discuss U.S. policy toward children and early childhood development.
