President Obama's Supreme Court Short List

Harvard Law School dean Martha Minow, who was one of President Obama's legal professors, is among the names under consideration for nomination to the Supreme Court. She is known as an expert in human rights law and has a record of advocacy for members of racial and religious minorities and for women, children, and persons with disabilities, according to the HLS website.
