This weekend's highlights include the California Democratic Party's convention in San Diego as well as the 15th anniversary of the Los Angeles Riots which will be marked by Sen. Barack Obama (D-IL) in a speech Sunday morning to the First A.M.E. Church.

On Saturday, California Democrats hear from Sen. Hillary Clinton (D-NY), Sen. Chris Dodd (D-CT), Sen. Barack Obama (D-IL), and Rep. Dennis Kucinich (D-OH). On Sunday, the California Democratic Party Convention hears from two Democratic '08ers: Sen. Edwards and Gov. Richardson.

Saturday politics:

While in Los Angeles on Saturday, Sen. Obama holds two splashy fundraisers. The first is in the early evening at the Brentwood home of super-agent Ari Emanuel. Admission is $2300 per person. Later that night, Obama is in Hollywood for a $500-a-head fundraiser at a club called Boulevard 3. While her husband is in the Golden State, Michelle Obama attends a 3:00 pm ET house party in Cedar Rapids, IA.

Former President Bill Clinton delivers a 10:00 am ET commencement address at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, MI.

President Bush attends a 1:30 pm ET Republican National Committee luncheon in Key Biscayne, FL, and delivers a 5:00 pm ET commencement address at Miami Dade College in Miami, FL. First Lady Laura Bush delivers a 1:30 pm ET commencement address at Pepperdine University in Malibu, CA.

Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) still riding the announcement trail touches down in Elko, NV for a 10:00 am ET campaign rally at the Elko County courthouse. McCain then heads in the direction of home for a 6:00 pm ET campaign rally at Tempe City Hall in Tempe, AZ.

Sen. John Edwards (D-NC) and Sen. Joe Biden speak at 10:30 am ET at the South Carolina Democratic Party Convention in Columbia, SC. Sen. Chris Dodd (D-CT) gives his remarks at 3:00 pm ET

Gov. Bill Richardson (D-NM) takes advantage of his time in South Carolina and has a slew of events before heading to the Left Coast. He first holds an 8:00 am ET breakfast meetings with Democratic Women and 8:50 am ET meeting with the Progressive Caucus before 9:30 am remarks to the South Carolina Democratic Convention in Columbia, SC. He then attends a 10:00 pm ET California Democratic Party dinner honoring Speaker Pelosi, and delivers a 11:00 pm ET addresses to the California Democratic Progressive Caucus and 1:00 am ET (Sunday remarks) California Young Democrats in San Diego, CA.

Gov. Mike Huckabee (R-AR) holds a 9:00 am ET GOP breakfast at Coldwater Golf Links in Ames, IA followed by an 11:30 am ET speech to a diabetes conference at Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines. Huckabee holds a 4:00 pm ET meet and greet at Park centre in Newton Iowa followed by a 5:15 pm ET media availability. At 6:30 pm ET, Huckabee attends the 6:30 pm ET "Iowa Right to Life Spring Fling" at the White Oak Winery in Cambridge, IA and concludes with 8:00 pm ET remarks to the Union County GOP event at the Supertel Inn in Creston, IA.

Rep. Kucinich attends an 11:45 pm ET New Living Expo at the Concourse Exhibition Center in San Francisco, CA.

Rep. Rahm Emanuel (D-IL) delivers a 7:00 pm ET keynote to the North Carolina Democratic Party's annual Jefferson-Jackson dinner in Raleigh, NC.

Sunday politics:

On the fifteenth anniversary of the Los Angeles Riots, Sen. Barack Obama (D-IL) speaks at L.A.'s First A.M.E. Church at 1:00 pm ET.

Sen. Clinton attends a fundraiser in Bel-Air, CA.

Gov. Bill Richardson (D-NM) attends a 7:00 pm ET Save Darfur rally in San Francisco, CA followed by a 10:30 pm ET keynote the Carson City Democrats Jefferson-Jackson Dinner in Carson City, CA

Sen. Chris Dodd (D-CT) attends a 7:00 pm ET town hall meeting sponsored by the AFL-CIO in Sacramento, CA followed by 8:00 pm ET media availability.

Former President Clinton keynotes the 5:00 pm ET "Fight for Freedom" dinner at the Cobo Center in Detroit, MI

First Lady Laura Bush participates in the Rededication of the Zion National Park Nature Center in Springdale, UT.

Monday politics:

President Bush holds a joint press conference with European Union leaders and meets with the TransAtlantic Business Dialogue at the White House.

Sen. Edwards is in the battleground state of Nevada today and begins with a 3:00 pm ET town hall meeting at Tiberti Grand Hall, Richard Tam Alumni Center on the campus of UNLV in Las Vegas.

While Sen. Edwards is in the Silver State, his wife is in the Granite State and attends the 1:00 pm ET opening of her husband's New Hampshire headquarters in Manchester. She then delivers a 2:30 pm ET address to students at Southern New Hampshire University also in Manchester. Mrs. Edwards attends a 4:00 pm ET meeting with community choice activists in Concord followed by 6:45 pm ET coffee with Portsmouth activists. She then heads to a 7:45 pm ET house party in Durham and concludes with a 9:00 pm ET participation in a Save Darfur Rally at the University of New Hampshire.

Sen. Joe Lieberman (ID-CT) and House Minority Leader John Boehner (R-OH) participate in an 9:00 am ET conference on civility an American politics sponsored by AEI, University of Pennsylvania and the Brookings Institution at the Hart Senate Office Building in Washington, DC.

Former Sen. Tom Daschle (D-SD) hosts a 12:30 pm ET discussion on climate change at the Georgetown Public Policy Institute in Washington, DC
