We caught up with -- Goldberg of the committee of seventy at this voter ID coalition meeting this morning his take on the decision seems that they. The voter ID issue out of the equation for the November 6 election. The ruling is very specific some think it could produce some lingering confusion on Election Day for instance. It allows for election officials to ask for an idea at the polls. But they cannot disenfranchise a registered voter if they don't have that ID in other words they can't turn anyone away. If they don't have the ID they can go ahead and vote anyway. And but. That the safe bet is to have ID. And speed the whole process Pennsylvania's voter ID law and specifically the efforts by the Republican Corbett administration to enforce it. For this election has been controversial from the get go. Groups aligned with the Democrats say the law had less to do -- detecting voter fraud that it was a partisan effort to disenfranchise. Those likely to vote democratic.
