Listening this morning the graduating class of the US military academy at West Point the first since 9/11 that may not be sent into combat in Iraq or Afghanistan. After President Obama outlined his plan yesterday to have all troops except embassy personnel out of Afghanistan by 2016. Today -- focus on the rest of his foreign policy plans for the remainder of his presidency.
