‘The View’ Outdelivers ‘The Talk’ Across the Board for the 5th Time in 6 Weeks

Week to Week, The View Grows in All Key Demos Turning in Its Best Women 25-54 Performance in 4 Weeks and Strongest Women 18-49 Number in 6 Weeks

The View Scores Year to Year Increases in Total Viewers (+5%), Women 25-54 (+11%) and Women 18-49 (+12%)

ABC's The View averaged 2.802 million Total Viewers, 563,000 Women 25-54 and 421,000 Women 18-49 during the week of April 18, 2016, based on Live + Same Day Data from Nielsen Media Research.  For the 5th time in the last 6 weeks, The View outdelivered CBS The Talk (2.762 million, 529,000 and 385,000, respectively) across the board: Total Viewers (+40,000), Women 25-54 (+34,000) and Women 18-49 (+36,000). 

The View grew week to week (2.721 million, 522,000 and 391,000, respectively, on w/o 4/11/16) in Total Viewers (+3%), Women 25-54 (+8%) and Women 18-49 (+8%).  In fact, The View turned in its best Women 25-54 performance in 4 weeks and strongest Women 18-49 number in 6 weeks since weeks of 3/21/16 and 3/7/16, respectively.

The View scored year to year increases (2.661 million, 505,000 and 377,000, respectively, on w/o 4/20/15) in all key target demos: Total Viewers (+5%), Women 25-54 (+11%) and Women 18-49 (+12%).
