The Rev. Joe Keim with his wife. Keim left the Amish community 20 years ago and now helps Amish runaways from conservative Amish sects, that don't practice Rumspringa, get on their feet by providing them with some of the most basic necessities as well as counseling on how to get a job and a driver's license. His program has already helped 150 runaways. He calls the Amish lifestyle suffocating. "There comes a time where you ... want to come free and live your life in freedom," he said. (ABC News)
