Lindsey Vonn, America's most decorated female skier, sustained injuries during a training run Tuesday, 10 months since undergoing knee surgery and just three months before she's expected to defend her title at the Olympic Games in Sochi, Russia.

It was not known whether she injured the same knee she blew out in February during the world championship in Schladming, Austria.

"Lindsey did crash in downhill training today at the U.S. Ski Team Speed Center in Copper Mountain [, Colo.] She is being evaluated," said team spokesman Tom Kelly in an email to ABC News on Tuesday.

Actress Anjelica Huston spills about her life and many celebrity loves in a new memoir " A story Lately Told."

The book is apparently the first in a series, so the juiciest bits about Jack Nicholson's bits didn't even make it into the book.

Instead, readers learn that an 18-year-old Huston attempted suicide at the Chelsea Hotel in New York City, while dating then 42-year-old photographer Bob Richardson.
