Just a warning: you might want some tissues before you keep reading.

Lea Michele, star of “Glee,” spoke about how her late boyfriend Cory Monteith inspired her new album. In an interview with Seventeen magazine, Michele said her song “If You Say So” was inspired by her last words with Monteith.

"It’s about my last conversation that I had with him. I spoke to a woman who lost her son, and she mentioned how grateful she was that the last words she said to her son before he died were, 'I love you.' Mine were that as well. [The song] is just about that,” said Michele. “There are lots of different emotions—if you could see this person again, what are the things you would want to say to them?”

Monteith died from an accidental heroin overdose in July.

King James can do no wrong - even if it's wearing a terrifying mask during a game against the Knicks on Thursday night.

Miami forward LeBron James had to wear a black, carbon-fiber mask to protect his broken nose during the game against the Knicks, according to ESPN. The Heat took the game 108-82 over New York.

"I told him I'd expect nothing less from him -- fashion-forward, cutting-edge Renaissance man that LeBron is," Heat forward Shane Battier told ESPN. "I thought it looked pretty sweet. I don't think that it will inspire people to go out there and break their nose. But if you're going to do it, it can look kind of cool. Only LeBron can make breaking your nose look cool."

Supermodel Carol Alt, who appeared on magazine covers before Kate Upton was born, told HuffPost Live she does not understand what all the "hullabaloo" is about the 21-year-old model.

"I like Kate, she's a pretty girl," Alt said. "But all the girls are nice, and all the girls are pretty."

Alt went on to tell HuffPost Live that perhaps social media played a role in the rise of Kate Upton and "that's why she's had more word of mouth than anybody."
