Elizabeth Bankssnapped a selfie on the way to the world premiere of the "The Hunger Games: Catching Fire" in London Monday night, but we think she could have taken her coat off to do her gorgeous gown some justice.
Banks glowed on the red carpet in a custom Jason Wu ball gown, according to her website, with cutouts that revealed her lithe figure.
The Social Climber suspects the actress will have many more opportunities to show off her sartorial sixth sense before the film hits theaters stateside Nov. 22.

Remember Mitt Romney? How could you forget.
The former Republican presidential candidate is back in the spotlight, but this time he's among a group of powerful leaders mulling the prospects of bringing the 2024 Olympics to Boston.
Romney, who told the Boston Globe that the Olympic Games were akin to "20 Super Bowls all at once," is exploring what it would take to win the bid for the "huge-impact" event to take place in Beantown.
"Boston would be a fantastic place for the Summer Games," said Romney, who was instrumental to the success of the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City, Utah. "It would be a marvelous community-building experience for Boston, and I think the people who would enjoy the games with or without tickets would say it was one of the best experiences of their life."

Newly crowned Miss Universe Gabriela Isler is already embracing her duties as the world's pageant queen, donning a "simple" swimsuit worth a cool $1 million, the Los Angeles Times reported.
Isler, 25, posed for pictures in Moscow Sunday in a white cut-out ensemble encrusted with 200 carats of emeralds, rubies and diamonds. Oh, right, and an armored guard, according to the Los Angeles Times.
"It's very simple but very elegant, so it's like me," Isler said.
It is not clear whether anyone can actually go swimming in this million dollar swimsuit.

Filmmaker Kevin Smith went on his podcast and said "Batman vs. Superman" director Zack Snyder showed him a photo of Ben Affleck in the new batsuit and "it was mind-bending."
"The costume, it blew my mind," Smith said. "You have not seen this costume in a movie on film before, and for a comic book fan, it was mind-bending. I was like 'Get the f*** out of here, only you have enough power to pull this off," Smith said.
Hope it lives up to the hype.

So it's only a given that the paparazzi documented the whole trip in photos for the new family.
The photo captions essentially write themselves: Kim Without Makeup! Kanye West Pushes Stroller in a Gray Sweatshirt! Baby North Sleeps Soundly on Kim's Shoulder!
See for yourself.

Kate Beckinsale is in Rome shooting her latest film, "The Face of an Angel," which centers on the Amanda Knox murder trial, E! News reported.
But the 40-year-old actress is not playing Knox. Instead, she'll play a U.S. journalist covering the trial who teams up with a documentary filmmaker to try and figure out who killed Knox's roommate, Meredith Kercher, according to E! News.
"My character plays a sort of Virgil, a guide who leads the director through this dark world," she said.
