Blake Griffin opts out of Los Angeles Clippers contract; Chris Paul will, too

— -- Blake Griffin has opted out of his contract with the Los Angeles Clippers, sources told ESPN.

Chris Paul also intends to opt out but is waiting until the last day, June 29, to make it official, sources said.

The moves will make them both unrestricted free agents.
