The expansion Sky (2-13) snapped a 13-game losing streak to claim their second win of the season with a 75-69 victory over the Charlotte Sting on Thursday. Rookie Candice Dupree scored 15 points and grabbed seven rebounds for Chicago, which only committed six turnovers in beating Charlotte for the second time this season. The Silver Stars return home after defeating the New York Liberty, 91-78, on Friday. Vicky Johnson scored 19 points and Shannon Johnson added 14 for San Antonio, which snapped a four-game losing streak. The Silver Stars have struggled at the ATT Center this season, losing five of six here. The Silver Stars squeezed out a 69-65 victory over the Sky on June 17. Agnes Bibrzycka scored 16 points and rookie Sophia Young added 15 and eight boards.
