Forecast: AL and NL MVP Watch

— -- With three months in the books, the baseball season has essentially reached its halfway point. In a landslide vote, our forecast says Los Angeles Angels center fielder Mike Trout is the American League MVP and Colorado Rockies shortstop Troy Tulowitzki is the National League MVP so far. Trout received 44 first-place votes (out of 54) from our panel, while Tulowitzki got 35 first-place votes.

Trout also received a whopping 49 votes from our ESPN Forecast panel as it predicted who will win the AL MVP when the season ends. Tulowitzki got 24 votes to top the NL in that category.
