The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department told the TV station that Stoll was arrested Friday at the Wet Republic pool at the MGM Grand Hotel and Casino. He was suspected of possessing cocaine and ecstasy, and NHL security was notified, police said.

Stoll joined the Kings in 2008 and was part of their Stanley Cup-winning teams in 2012 and '14. He previously played for the Edmonton Oilers from 2002 to '08.
