Tim Tebow channels Rocky Balboa in sweaty 'Lip Sync Battle'

— -- We could say that Tim Tebow channeled his inner Rocky Balboa while performing "Eye of the Tiger" on the show "Lip Sync Battle," but we're pretty sure he just channeled Tim Tebow.

As with everything Tebow does, he gave it his all, judging by his enthusiastic punches, jump-roping and overall sweatiness. 

The Heisman Trophy-winning and former NFL quarterback worked the stage the way he probably jabs through the weight room -- whilst checking out his guns in the mirror to Survivor tunes. Purely speculation, of course.

While the full performance hasn't aired yet, if that clip is any indicator, his competition (Nina Dobrev) didn't stand a chance. Heck, Tebow probably went to Philly to run the iconic steps at the Philadelphia Museum of Art before his performance -- just because he can. 

The former Florida Gator is not the first athlete to test his talents on the Spike television show. The first season included performances by Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, Michael Strahan, Nick Young and Deion Sanders.
