— -- Every fall, the annual debate for the NFL's best quarterback reconvenes.

And it seems like every fall, a former player chimes in with an opinion that reignites the flames of that discussion.

Enter Steelers great and Hall of Famer Terry Bradshaw.

"I would rate Ben [Roethlisberger] right on top of the list, ahead of?[Tom] Brady?for sure and anybody else,?[Philip] Rivers,?Eli [Manning]," Bradshaw told Steelers.com.

Do you agree with his assessment? If not, who gets your pick?

You can't fault Bradshaw for showing love to his old squad.

While it's not always pretty, Big Ben's annual success and two Super Bowl titles puts him firmly in the best QB discussion.

Fans' selections ultimately come down to their criteria (or laundry).

If it's rings, Brady's your guy, because he's the only active quarterback sporting four of them. If you value pinpoint accuracy combined with a little showmanship (hello, discount double check), Aaron Rodgers tops your list. If prolific passing numbers and 5,000-yard seasons tickle your fancy, you're probably rolling with Drew Brees. And if it's all about recent success and ascending stars, either Cam Newton, the reigning MVP, or Russell Wilson, SB 48 champ, is the pick. Aside from Cam, all of the signal-callers listed have championship hardware that makes them legit contenders for the crown.

When it comes to the annual QB debate, it's different strokes for different folks.
