Crop Circles: Aliens at Work? Or Clever Designers?
A 200-ft. crop circle featuring an alien smoking a pipe has appeared in a field of wheat at Cherhill, Wiltshire, in southern England. A University of Oregon scientist, Richard Taylor, has published a paper to debunk the idea that crop circles have alien or supernatural origins. He says they have improved with the use of lasers, microwaves and GPS. (Steve Alexander/Rex )
