Rainbows in space? Not exactly. The colors in this Hubble telescope image show that Einstein was right, and that a star or galaxy with strong gravity slightly bends the space around it. Different colors correspond to different distances from the earth. Some of the warping here was probably caused by mysterious "dark matter," which probably makes up much of the universe. (NASA/ESA/P.
