NYPD Seeks Disciplinary Charges in Shooting of Groom

Eight New York police officers are facing disciplinary charges in the fatal shooting of an unarmed man on his wedding day. Police officials confirmed Tuesday that administrative charges were brought against three detectives acquitted last month of criminal charges.
