Death Row Allergy Claim Fails to Delay Darryl Durr's Execution

A death row inmate who tried to delay his execution by claiming he was allergic to the anesthesia used in the lethal injection was put to death today, right on schedule. Darryl Durr, 46, was declared dead at 10:36 a.m. ET.
