Jimmy Kimmel: More American women would rather carpool with Barack Obama than John McCain. 51 for Obama. 31 for McCain. And that 31 percent fell to just 2 percent when it was specified McCain would be driving.

Jon Stewart: There is one controversy that actually has to do with the sports competition. Commentator: Critics are saying that the Chinese may have made up the age – The birthdays on the passport. Stewart: Come on, that girl doesn't look 16, I think our culture knows what 16 looks like. [Shows "Gossip Girl" logo]

Craig Ferguson: Radio was the Internet of its day. Everyone got their news and entertainment from radio. 1000 years ago, families gathered around the radio and listened to speeches by John McCain.

Steven Colbert: There aren't enough limousines in the Denver area to service the Democratic convention. This is terrible! The GOP has defeated countless Democrats by branding them limousine liberals. How do we do that with no limos? We'll have to call them shuttle bus liberals.
