I've always enjoyed Cokie's reporting. After my first few months with the show, Cokie was part of a Women in Journalism panel in Los Angeles, where I am from. After the program my aunt and cousin asked Cokie if she knew me. They were most impressed when Cokie said she knew me "quite well". She doesn't. I had only worked here a short time and Cokie's response was so gracious. I'm a star in my family now.
