In a few days I see that collectively we are impatient. We want to get things done and we recognize that in order to get things done. We've got to be able to work together. In order work together we've got to have a relationship with got -- we've got to build these friendships and these partnerships. That so many of of our colleagues. Senator you know we from Hawaii senator Stevens from Alaska had you know they built these bonds that -- stood. The partisan winds that that have blown. We recognize the need the need to bring that back and are very resolute and committed to doing that but what we do have here is that that came about from this new new -- -- -- -- was elected in 2012. Was a unified solutions caucus that we formed. And it was something that we recognize immediately after getting elected that we committed to sticking to and it's been. Relationship building but also very substantive to say -- in these issues of job creation. Of health care and reducing the deficit we've got to be able to find areas that we can agree on. We may not you know always win one argument or the other but we can find that middle ground that will start moving us forward.
