Perched on the southernmost tip of the Baja California Peninsula, Los Cabos (The Capes) continues to impress as one of Mexico's most visually stunning destinations. This local favorite repeatedly wins top honors for serving up the best sushi in Cabo. This fun and lively open-air sushi restaurant has a menu packed with creative dishes. One of the must-try signature sushi offerings is the Sashimi Serranito. Located in downtown Cabo, this is an excellent pick if you crave fresh seafood.

At Edith's Restaurant in Cabo San Lucas, it's all about service and creating a quality outdoor dining environment where you can relax and enjoy yourself. Since opening in 1956, this luxury resort has catered to an exclusive clientele, including everyone from Ernest Hemingway and John Wayne to Jessica Alba and Christina Aguilera. Upping the ante again this winter, the One&Only Palmilla continues to stay on top of its game by unveiling 13 new beachfront casitas. Each has its own private infinity edge pool that overlooks the Sea of Cortez. Need more space? 6. Las Ventanas
This honeymooner's favorite is the place to go if you're searching for a romantic escape. The property blends Mediterranean and Mexican architecture together to create a peaceful and authentic hideaway. You'll find 71 suites on the property along with several restaurant options. 7. Palmilla Golf Club
This 27-hole Jack Nicklaus-designed course is in the process of a 14-month renovation project aimed at making the award-winning course even more world class. What's spectacular about playing at Palmilla is that you can see the water from every hole. The nine holes of the Arroyo Course recently re-opened after the renovation and now you'll find the greens resurfaced and renovated bunkers. 8. Cabo Del Sol Golf
People fly in from all over the world to play this impressive 18-hole ocean course that hugs the water for more than a mile. Designed by Jack Nicklaus, the Cabo del Sol Golf course is known for having three of the best finishing holes in the game of golf. 9. Cabo San Lucas Country Club

Los Cabos is known for its white sand beaches and there are plenty of options if you want to schedule in some beach time. Some local favorites include the family-friendly Palmilla, where the water is ideal for scuba diving and snorkeling. If you're looking for some shade, then head to El Chileno where you can relax under a palm tree. To visit the famous Playa del Amor behind the Arco in Cabo San Lucas, you need to take a water taxi that leaves from the Marina or El Medano Beach.
You can find more than 800 types of game fish off the coast of Los Cabos. This area is also known around the world for its sensational marlin fishing. The best time of year to try your luck is between June and December, and you can sign up for your sport fishing adventure at the Marina de Cabo San Lucas.
