The Liberty Hotel's Rhapsody in Blue New Year's Eve party promises to be a great time, with multiple DJs, dancing, and live performances on every level of the hotel. The 298-room hotel occupies a former jail and incorporates the incarceration theme in fun ways (the restaurant off the lobby is named Clink, while the downstairs lounge –complete with iron-barred windows -- is named Alibi).
