In preparation for the Dubai Duty-Free Men's Open, U.S. tennis legend Andre Agassi and the world's top-ranked player, Roger Federer of Switzerland, couldn't resist having a friendly "hit" on one of the world's most exposed tennis courts, on the helipad of the Burj al-Arab luxury hotel. Standing 321 meters high on a man-made island, the Burj al-Arab (the name means "Arab Tower") is a distinctive feature of the Dubai skyline. The hotel's helipad, which is situated at 211 meters, covers a surface area of 415 square metres. (David Cannon/Getty Images)
