Beating the Ticket: Cameras Capture Scofflaws

Surveillance photos taken by red light and tollbooth cameras at Florida's Sunpass tollbooth show the lengths to which people went to cover up their license tags, avoid paying the $1 toll and not get a ticket in the mail.
