Historic Tavern on the Green Becomes Visitors' Center

People take advantage of the freshly renovated Tavern on the Green space, which is now a visitors center. As a restaurant, the space was shielded from the average Central Park passerby with heavy landscaping. Now, it opens to a view of Sheep Meadow. (Deana Mitchell/ABC)
