LONDON, March 18, 2010— -- Police in West Yorkshire, England, have reopened a traffic accident investigation after video of the hair raising incident surfaced on YouTube, officials said.

The YouTube clip shows a small Renault being pushed down the highway by a tanker truck at speeds exceeding 60 mph. The harrowing scene was captured on a cell phone.

The Renault and its female driver is trapped at the front grill of the truck and pushed along the highway at high speed.

A police spokesman told ABC News that when officers arrived on the scene both truck and car were stopped on the highway and bizarrely neither driver reported the incident. Apparently no one else did either, so the officers were unaware of what happened.

The incident occurred in January and only now when the video appeared on YouTube did it come to the attention of the police. A police spokesman said they plan to interview both drivers again.

Remarkably the woman who was trapped at the wheel of the Renault suffered no injuries.

West Yorkshire is located approximately 200 miles north of London. Click here to watch the video.
