Todd has declined to comment. His attorney, Michael Roth, did not return a phone call from ABC News about the 911 call. After the death, Todd released a short statement through his attorney: "Mr. Todd, as well as everyone here at Roth and Roth would like to extend our prayers and condolences to the family and friends of Andria Ziegler during this tragic time."
His condominium was ultimately searched as a crime scene, but because of the time lag connected to her "Jane Doe" status, Tranter said that the evidence collected may have been compromised.
Ziegler's family, while satisfied with the police investigation, remains unsatisfied with Todd despite his job loss. "This guy is a sexual predator," McManus said. "I hope he's locked up. Justice will be served."
