Lynette Walls, Enraged When Asked to Slow Down, Allegedly Purposefully Hits Teen

An Atlanta teen infuriated when she was asked to drive slower through a neighborhood full of children chased kids through front yards in her car and returned two hours later to run down a teenager, according to police. Lynette Walls, 17, was denied bond Wednesday in a Fulton County, Ga., courtroom, after a judge told her she had totally "disregarded human life."
