British Transport Police are working to identify the individuals responsible for a child whose stroller was blown onto the train tracks.

Security footage from July 23 shows a man and woman placing a stroller at the bottom of a staircase at Goodge Street station in London, leaving the child and stroller unattended while leaving to help others with luggage, the Associated Press reports.
