— -- ABC News meteorologist Mel explains how this week's weather forecast could impact your fantasy football league.

Bills vs. Patriots in New England:

With one game left before Tom Brady makes his big return, either Jimmy Garoppolo or Jacoby Brissett will have one more week to throw the ball for the Patriots. With rain in the forecast and the quarterback position up in the air, LeGarrette Blount is a must start! In fact, Blount is leading the NFL in rushing yards through week 3. Keep Martellus Bennett and Julian Edelman on your bench for one more week until Brady returns. With Sammy Watkins out last week, the Bills ran the ball a lot, and LeSean McCoy got over 100 yards and two touchdowns. The chance for wet weather and Watkins still questionable makes McCoy another starter for week 4.

Broncos vs. Buccaneers in Tampa:

It’s Florida in September, so you always have that severe weather threat. The good news, storms are very scattered, and we don’t anticipate a complete washout that could hinder the passing game. Last Sunday, the Bucs game had an hour-long lightning delay at the 2-minute warning! Moments earlier, Jameis Winston threw a touchdown pass to Mike Evans. The Broncos have a much tougher defense, so it would be wise to sit Winston, but Evans is start-worthy yet again. Let’s not forget Charles Sims, who had a breakout performance last week and could have another with Doug Martin still out. Onto the Broncos and Trevor Siemian, who has become the first quarterback in NFL history to throw for 300 yards and four touchdowns without an interception in his first career road start. That makes the fantasy value of Emmanuel Sanders and Demaryius Thomas skyrocket. We all know they have the talent, but we just weren’t sure yet if Siemian did. And remember this is against the Bucs defense, which has already allowed seven touchdown passes this season.

Here are your top 10 players to start and sit based on the weather this week.

It's Wayback Weather time. We go back to one of the most bizarre games in NFL history -- it’s called the Fog Bowl. The Bears played the Eagles in Chicago on Dec. 31, 1988. The first quarter was sunny and beautiful before a dense fog drifted over Soldier Field late in the second. Visibility was near zero for the rest of the game; players couldn’t see the sidelines, first-down markers or the end zone. Each team only managed a field goal in the second half; the Bears won 20 to 12. Commentators were playing guessing games about what was happening on the field, and fans described the thick fog as something from a horror movie.
