Testimony is under way for the fourth day in a hearing to determine whether a U.S. Army general will be tried on sexual assault charges. A soldier testified Thursday that when a female captain tearfully confided to him about her three-year affair with Brig. Gen. Jeffrey Sinclair she denied he had ever raped her.
