Houston, Philadelphia Kids Accidently Shoot Themselves at Home

A 4-year-old boy in Houston accidently shot himself in the head and a 5-year-old girl in Philadelphia shot herself in the foot after both children got a hold of their parents' guns Tuesday night while playing at home.
