Arrest Over Bludgeoned Zoo Monkey

A 22-year-old man suspected of killing a monkey at the Boise zoo is scheduled to be moved to a jail in Idaho's capital. The Ada County Sheriff's department said Tuesday that Michael J. Watkins would be moved from the Washington County jail in Weiser where he's been held since Monday afternoon to the Ada County jail in Boise.
