Northeast Flooding: 14 Dead, 45 Trillion Gallons of Rain

The rains and flooding caused by the remnants of Tropical Storm Lee have led to the evacuation of more than 100,000 people in the Northeast and dumped enough rain to fill Dallas Cowboys Stadium more than 50,000 times.
