Oikos University Shooting: Suspect, One L. Goh, Detained; At Least 7 Dead

Police this evening identified a man suspected of opening fire today at Oikos University, a Christian school in Oakland, Calif., killing at least seven people and wounding three others. Police identified the suspect as One L.
