Excerpts From the Tape Cho Sent to NBC News
After killing two people in a dormitory at Virginia Tech around 7 a.m. Monday, Seung-hui Cho went to the post office and mailed NBC News a large package that included photographs and videos. The package was checked in at 9:01 a.m., according to NBC News. A short while later, Cho killed 30 people at the university's Norris Hall before turning his gun on himself. (NBC)
