Men Done Wrong By The Justice System
Samuel Scott was convicted of rape, kidnapping and robbery and served 15 years of a life sentence. He was released on parole in September 2001 but was arrested two days later when he failed to register as a sex offender. In October 2002, his indictment was dismissed based on DNA test results.
Incarcerated for 15 years.
